OPINIONS

Opinions don’t abound.
In fact, very few have one.
When simple things confound
Or “tittilate” or “profund”
Most stop to look around…

To see to what others agree
Is that of which to take note.
Once decided by majority decree,
Almost by subliminal vote,
They then set themselves free

To liberally apply and share
The opinion that they’ve borrowed
And make the others aware
Of all their original knowledge…
As if anyone could even care.
